An Impetus to Ride: ERP

Do you know how a ticking time bomb sounds? Exactly like the beep from your IU unit, except a time bomb would beep every second, whereas, depending on where you drive/ride, your IU would beep once every few minutes. Unfortunately, with more ERPs coming up every year, you can expect to hear the sound of a time bomb in your car in the next decade or so, except it's not your car/motorcycle that will blow up, it's your wallet.

Riding home today, I saw this ERP still in operation. What a sigh of relief I wasn't driving. I hate paying to travel.

This is indeed an impetus to ride.
