Finally... I had been waiting for the right opportunity... Since I'm only a fair weather commuter. The planets must all align or something before its possible for me to ride!
I have almost forgotten the feeling riding to school gave me. I just couldn't wipe the smile off my face. I took Mandai Rd today, it was packed with heavy vehicles... But than again, they are everywhere.
Maybe I'll include T15 into my commute on day. heh.
Chionged back home at a blistering pace and overtook two roadies after drafting them for a bit. Now, back home shag but extremely happy.
hahaha, I had to look this up, it's hokkanese

(chee-ong)
Hokkien for "to rush forward". Is used to denote creating havoc and/or having fun.
"Eh, today after work, go where and chiong?"
t15? nice place but might slow you down because of the fallen trees... at least last time i went there i had to carry my bike quite often!
ReplyDeleteYammy: haha yes, do you chiong often? :)
ReplyDeleteEW: Indeed... But i'm rather worried about my tires going boom!
