A lot of times in life, I wonder... "why do some succeed?"
Working part-time in HR, I see a lot of different people. Some the general, some the special and some the successful. Learning the traits of this last group eventually answers my question, which invariably gets answered with something between hardwork, a spark of genius and commitment.
Recently, I upped the ante for Bike Commuting in SG, and I've seen true results! So yes, commitment works!
